Terms and Conditions

Please read through the Terms & Conditions. LifeChamp Sdn Bhd will be termed as the “Organiser” subsequently; the applicant will be termed as the “Scholar” upon enrolment.  Young Money Master Programme herein will be referred to as “YMM” and Young Money Master Boot Camp will be termed as “YMMBC”.

  1. Investment & Entitlement:  The investment covers YMM training materials, meals and seminar package.
  2. Scholarship Application: The organiser’s decision in selecting the scholarship recipients is final. If the applicant is not awarded the scholarship, he/she will get the full refund less any payment gateway or credit card’s charges. All refundable deposits are to be made before the workshop and payable to LifeChamp Sdn. Bhd
  3. Immediate transfer to next scheduled YMMBC: LifeChamp strongly encourages all Scholars to participate in the immediate scheduled YMMBC. However, in the event that a Scholar cannot participate in the next scheduled YMMBC, he/she is entitled to transfer to the next immediate scheduled YMMBC.

3.1  The request for transfer should be received in writing in no less than 30 days from the YMMBC in which they have enrolled in.  Otherwise the management’s approval is required.  For approved request with notice received in less than 30 days, a 15% transfer fee and 10% administrative fee (of the initial investment fee) will be charged.

3.2  Should the transfer be longer than 1 year period and is accepted there will be an additional charge of 15% of the enrolment fee.

  1. Cancellation of YMM: The Scholar is given seven (7) days including the day he/she signs the agreement of the Terms & Conditions of the Enrollment and Authorization form of the YMM for reconsideration.

4.1  For cancellation to be valid, the request should be received in writing. The Organiser will not accept learning materials and bonuses (if any) to be returned for refund. The fees or credit card entry will be refunded or reversed accordingly.  The Organiser will take every effort to complete the refund process within 60 days.  Any bank or credit card charges incurred will be borne by the Scholar.

4.2  No cancellation is permitted after seven (7) days.

  1. Money Back Guarantee: If by the end of first day of YMMBC the scholar is not satisfied with the programme, full refund will be made less any bank or credit card charges.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership without prior notice should the Scholar is found to take action which is deemed to be detrimental to the well-being of the Young Money Master Community.
  3. Replacement of Membership:  The Scholar is entitled to nominate a replacement to YMM.

7.1  The request for replacement should be received in writing in no less than 30 days from the YMMBC.  Otherwise the management’s approval is required.  For approved request with notice received in less than 30 days, a 15% replacement fee and 10% administrative fee (of the initial investment fee) may be charged.

7.2  Transfer of membership can only be carried out once to one nominee.

  1. For cases where the YMMBC attendance dates cannot be confirmed during enrolment, the Scholar is expected to confirm the dates within 30 days upon a written request by the Organiser subsequently.
  2. Absence: In the situation when the Scholar is absent after confirming attendance (either verbal, written, email or electronically) for the YMMBC, a “no show” penalty of 40% will be levied on the total investment.
  3. Unlimited Re-attendance: Our scholars are entitled to unlimited re-attendance to YMMBC. The Scholar only needs to pay for their own meal. No extra set of learning materials or t-shirt will be given in the subsequent YMMBC.
  4. While every effort is made to ensure the given YMMBC dates, venue and charges are correct; the Organiser reserves the right to make any amendments if necessary.
  5. All admin fees deducted by the scholar’s bank for converting to Easy Payment will be borne by the Scholar.***
